Participants created a public performative action based on the theme of FREE.
Performances included: Perceptions of race; Private pain in public places; The
performance of gender; Ephemeral barricades; Freedom to engage in blissful
movement; Letting go of baggage; Questioning standards of beauty; Taking
ownership of time; Inhabiting space and place; The dance between self love and
self hate; Visual consumption of bodies as food; and Violence inflicted on queer
people of color.
